Whomever is doing their QC doesnt know what they are doing. This time I called to receive a refund..I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I called a 2nd time, and the chick that was supposed to be the manager refused to give me her name. The 3rd time I called, Holly assisted me. Very nice and extremely sorry for what happened. We are supposedly getting a refund in 2 to 5 business days. We will see. And we will not be ordering again from this location.

I realized that it was free but just because it’s free doesn’t mean that it should be made any type of way. Shouldn’t they be all even size and not someone looking like pebbles and rocks. The pizza itself overall was really good The guy that delivered my pizza was amazing. He was very sweet very kind. My only feedback and this is not to get him in trouble. He should really have his hair tied up in a ponytail or somewhere because when he was delivering my pizza part of the pizza box touched his long ponytail so that should be a little Concerning outside of that. He was amazing and I’ve always loved his service. I highly would recommend him. I’m Curtis Ellerbe. I ordered through the app. I tried to call the store, but no one picked up.

This time I ordered a Spinach and Feta Cheese Pizza, and most of it was completely overcooked. When I contacted the store for help, they refused to offer a refund or replacement. What’s worse, the employee’s attitude was extremely rude — when I said I wouldn’t order again, he literally replied, “That’s up to you, there are many other stores, we don’t care.” For a brand that claims to have “Quality Assurance” on the app, this experience was completely disappointing. Definitely not ordering from this location again.
