The others are very rude, especially one guy that is kind of tall, long hair, and always has an attitude and works at night. This happened on December 28th. I advised him to please ensure sauce is actually on the pizza because several times I have gotten batches with hardly any sauce on them, and he sarcastically said “Hey, everyone! Do we put sauce on pizza?!” And then when I asked him to put extra garlic sauce on the crust, he said “there IS garlic sauce on it!”. And then one of the employees made a mistake and gave me someone else’s pizza, and he yelled at the employee who did it. Please advise this person that is not how you treat another team member at work. This person should not be working there and really needs to learn how to treat employees AND customers. Definitely is disappointing.

This place is understaffed, 2 people working when I walk in. 1 was left by themselves within 5 minutes and they were left like that for nearly 30 minutes of my wait time for a medium pizza. Couldn't help people because they were trying to make pizza, couldn't answer the phone for the same reason. It was a Sunday afternoon, not peak but still a weekend day. How are you going to understaffed to two people like that. Service suffered and it wasn't the people that were actually there at fault. The pizza itself was good, no issue with the product but staff your location!

I called to rectify my pizza being done incorrectly. They had me on hold for 20 minutes at a time and then hung up on me the second time they were laughing in the background as if they were not going to fix the situation instead of just letting me know, hey I’m not going to fix it or at least just apologizing. I even tipped the driver which was awesome. This is not the driver‘s fault. This is the workers in the restaurant fault especially Jordan.

Whomever is doing their QC doesnt know what they are doing. This time I called to receive a refund..I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I called a 2nd time, and the chick that was supposed to be the manager refused to give me her name. The 3rd time I called, Holly assisted me. Very nice and extremely sorry for what happened. We are supposedly getting a refund in 2 to 5 business days. We will see. And we will not be ordering again from this location.
