    Poor service. Ordered on the app and arrived 20minutes after ordering and informed staff of my order. Waited in the store for 45minutes for them to tell me they didn’t start the order. After waiting for over a hour I requested and was issued a refund.

    Horrifying, Unsafe, and Completely Unacceptable – Corporate Needs to Investigate Immediately This location should honestly be shut down until serious corrective action is taken. We placed a delivery order and waited… and waited… and waited. After nearly TWO HOURS with zero communication, we realized something was wrong. It eventually became clear that the delivery driver had our pizzas sitting in his car while he went on personal time. No call. No update. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. Concerned about our food and our money, we drove to the store ourselves. What we walked into was even worse. The doors were locked at 10:30 PM despite the store still being listed as open. Inside, staff were standing around while customers were being ignored. The so-called manager appeared more interested in flirting with a male employee than managing the store, addressing the delivery disaster, or helping customers. While waiting inside, we witnessed: • Employees handling food with bare hands • No gloves in sight • A worker sliding his backside across food-prep surfaces to move through the kitchen • Zero urgency, zero professionalism, zero hygiene awareness This is not just bad service — this is active food safety negligence. When we asked about our order, nobody could give a straight answer. No one took ownership. No one showed concern. No one apologized sincerely. It felt like we were inconveniencing THEM for wanting the food we paid for. Let me be extremely clear: If a driver disappears with food for two hours, that food is compromised. Temperature control is gone. Safety standards are broken. That alone should trigger an automatic remake and incident report. Instead, this store treated it like it was normal. This location displays: • Failure of management • Failure of training • Failure of hygiene standards • Failure of customer service • Failure of basic accountability I strongly encourage Domino’s corporate to review security footage, delivery logs, and time stamps for this store on the night of our order. The truth will be obvious. Customers should not have to chase down their own delivery, investigate a missing driver, or beg employees to care. We did not receive safe food. We did not receive professional service. We did not receive honesty or accountability. This is easily the worst Domino’s experience I have ever had, and I will never return to this location. Anyone considering ordering from here should seriously reconsider unless they’re comfortable with unsanitary food handling and complete operational chaos. Corporate: This store is a liability to your brand.
