I called nearly over 20 times to try an reach a manager or someone so we could get things fixed given that it was already late and we were hungry we could not reach anyone. We noticed the time the store closed was 11 but given that its a business your suppose to stay open and assisting customers til the end not stop halfway through because your ready to go home and dont want to turn off the ovens so you can clean an get put of there. I get the frustration of last time callers but had the pizza been hot and NOT cold and our items all be there when delivered We wouldnt have an issue. Im disappointed in the quality of the food and delivery and disappointed in the customer service. When again we were ONLY 5 minutes away and got charged for the missing items as well.
