  I literally live 1-2 minutes away from dominoes. I gave a tip and my pizza looked as if it was thrown against the wall. I opened the box and my pizza came like this.

  Marked my delivery order as delivered when it wasn’t. Walked to the store and my order was still there and the manager/supervisor telling employees to not answer the phones.

  Despite efforts to get access to the account, dozens of password reset attempts, messages to the bot, etc. I made cases that no one got back to, etc. Now somehow I manage to get access after my points expire and they “can’t reinstate them” despite the situation. And no my password wasn’t wrong. I literally copy/pasted it and it did the whole “this account is locked thing” for months on end till I basically gave up, after trying again and again periodically. Legit one time, I’d managed to change the password somehow, placed an order, got enough points for a free pizza, logged out, and then couldn’t log back in. I lost 40 points now and their “policy” says they can’t do anything about it even though it wasn’t my fault the account got locked out (I am 100% positive, so please don’t gaslight me about the password). I’m sure they know this issue exists. Honestly, this on top of the costs for delivery has soured me a bit. I think I will stop ordering from them permanently, not that they care but this is like false advertising. They’ve been very responsive lately so something changed on their backend but they’re truly acknowledging their mistake I feel. I guess it could just be a bot responding disguising itself as a human honestly. I tried calling the customer service but number during this time too, it was even more useless. Anyways, I feel robbed.

  I just want to give a shout out to the delivery driver I believe his name was Adnan. After he delivered my pizza he realized they forgot my sauces, I said it was okay considering it was cold out and late. About 10 minutes go by and he was out front with my two sauces which I was completely surprised. He showed me that he takes his customer service satisfaction to another lever. So thank you dominoes for recruiting the best.

  Last night I placed an order that was not what I got. But this morning I called a talked to the Manager. Cameron he was so professional, understanding and helpful. He told me not to worry and he would have my order delivered to my senior living with no problem 😊 Now that's what I call customer service young man!!!! Hats off to you, and Domino's Pizza 🍕 good looking out!!
