  Usually all is great, I ordered earlier this week as well as tonight. But my pasta looks like it has been half way raten and so dry it'd make a desert jealous! Crazy idk if I should call them. I just don't wanna mess up znyoned day but dang, they surely messed my up a lil bit😫 and I spent over 35 tonight just like the other night. Ugh! What do I do??????

  We’ve been coming to this Domino’s for years. It’s our go to spot and we almost never leave bad reviews, but this experience was so uncomfortable and frustrating that it needs to be said. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was completely off. We placed our usual order and simply asked for Parmesan on the side something we’ve ALWAYS been able to get, and we were more than willing to pay for it. We were immediately told no. We asked when that changed, asked for a manager, and she also flat-out said no with no real explanation. Then it just got worse. We asked for our receipt to make sure our order was correct and were told we had to wait until the pizzas came out to get it. That makes absolutely no sense. We asked for the order to be read back to us attitude. We watched them make the pizza and were told earlier they could give us garlic drizzle, then suddenly it was “oh we can’t do garlic drizzle” again like… which one is it? These are basic requests that Domino’s is literally known for. What happened to “build your pizza your way”? Because it clearly doesn’t apply at this location. Between the confusion, the inconsistency, and the dismissive attitudes, we finally asked for our money back. We will never return to this location again. Loyal customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they’re asking for something outrageous when they’re requesting things they’ve been getting for years. Completely disappointing experience.

  Placed an order at 1037 for literally 1 pizza, got a notice that Jennifer was working on the order. Said it would be delivered by 1111. I didn’t get an update until 1106 that my pizza was in the oven and would now be delivered at 1146. I attempted to call several times and waited at least 7-10 minutes each time on hold before hanging up and calling back. I finally got through a Melissa answered the phone, I tried to explain to her the situation and she hung up on me. I decided to come up to the store and pick up instead of delivery. Melissa was not understanding of my frustration in the lack of updates on the app, the drastic change in times for delivery and then my need to come to the store to pick up my order. She obviously wasn’t understanding of my frustration with calling in, considering she hung up on me. I will go out of my way to not order from this dominos ever again.

  Absolutely horrible service. Ordered thru online and app was told that my food was complete and ready for pick up. Get there paid and was told that my food would be another 13mins before it would be complete. Waited in the lobby for food and was given two wrong pizzas. I’ve spent 30 minutes out my night waiting for something that was preordered to delete the extra wait. Then, when I finally receive my order two out of my three pieces that I ordered was completely wrong. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to Find out where they placed my other two pizzas. I was not the only person waiting a long time for their pizza There was a total of six or seven people in domino’s waiting for their pizza. It’s utterly ridiculous.

  I recently placed an order through Uber Eats for Domino’s Pizza, and the experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. My pizza was delivered in an unsealed, beat-up box, left on my doorstep. When I picked it up, it was clear the tamper-evident seal had been cut, which immediately made me feel unsafe eating the food. Anyone in the hallway could have tampered with it, and I would have had no way of knowing. I reached out to both Uber Eats and Domino’s, expecting at least some accountability or a resolution. Shockingly, both denied responsibility, offered no credit, and simply apologized for the inconvenience. That response was unacceptable given the potential safety issue. Because of this experience and the lack of customer care from both companies, I will not be placing another order with Uber Eats or Domino’s Pizza. Customers deserve food that is delivered safely and sealed properly—and support when something clearly goes wrong.
