Parm bites dripping in oil (literally dripping), asked for bbq wings & got plain. Then if that wasnt bad enough the delivery person sits for almost 15min at the wrong address and me and my spouse calling the store over 10x with no answer till 30min later , goes back to the store then comes back with the same food cold. 😭💔 I will take the fall for the technical oops in the app for the phone # but to be at a completely different address while im outside walking and waving after precalling to alert driver where Id be, sry but no this was unacceptable poor customer service:(
