The fact that we always call to ask them to run the chicken wings through 3 times ( the fact we have to ask for chicken to be made correctly is insane) because they come under cooked. I feel the cook purposely undercooked it than normal just because we asked. I nearly threw up trying to eat my wings and pizza. I could even finish it. I’m tired of wasting hard earned money here because some of the workers are unhappy to be here. I’m done this isn’t the first time. I’m still nauseous 🤢

I was alarmed today when observing one of the workers cut an oven baked sandwich with his bare hands as he positioned the bread correctly. I further went on to observe him go to the and grab his drink in which once finished he neither washed his hands or applied hand sanitizer. Once I seen he was not going to and proceeded to prepare to remove the second oven baked sandwich I voiced my concerns. A young black lady who is always there and seems to be orientating others stepped in with a very noticeable attitude stating "We never use gloves" and hurriedly grabbed the sandwich and started cutting it and positioning the sandwich in the box. I will say she didn't touch the sandwich but the attitude was disgraceful and uncalled for especially with a loyal customer. I already know by her demeanor she does not care about my concerns or if I was to return which is fine. But what is not okay is the service that was observed and experienced and not cleaning hands after touching personal items. Customer service needs major improvement.
