I left with my pizza but the experience was a 0/10. Again store still open and no lights or open sign. Very bad first time customer experience.

That’s extremely inconvenient and frustrating—basic customer needs like that shouldn’t be ignored. Between that experience and the overall unwelcoming attitude, I won’t be ordering from this location again.
