  ⭐ 1 Star (because zero isn’t an option) Absolutely ridiculous experience. I ordered a Large New York Style pizza, paid extra money for it, and what do I get? A regular, basic pizza like nothing ever happened. So basically, charge more → deliver less. Nice business model 👍 When I tried to call the store to fix their mistake, a lady answered the phone and hung up on me. Just like that. No explanation, no apology, no professionalism. Is this how you deal with customers after taking their money? Hang up and disappear? Is this how you loot money and treat people who pay for your food? If you can’t deliver what’s ordered, at least have the decency to talk to the customer instead of acting like it’s their fault for calling. Completely unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful. Very bad experience. Never ordering from this place again. I wouldn’t suggest this location to anyone unless you enjoy paying extra and getting ignored. Save your money and your peace. 🚫🍕

  I order a pizza they said 21m and after 30m I called and they said they were on there way and after an 1hr they said they called me and that was a lie I had my phone on my hand the hold time never got the pizza

  Do not order delivery from this location! The last two times I have ordered delivery from the app from this location it took close to two hours from time of ordering to delivered. This last time I was notified on the app my food was delivered and order was complete. We'll I had not received my food, so I called the store with someone answering the phone with just "hello. I confirmed is this Domino's? Yes how may I help you." I explained my situation and was told he accidentally completed the order on his end but the driver is on his way. I said okay. 30 minutes later I call to the store to just get hello again. I stated I still haven't received my order. I was told he is close and had orders ahead of mine. I said, well the last time I ordered from here my food was delivered cold. He assured me it would be warm because they keep it on warming racks then are deliverd in insulated warming bags. You can probably guess my food was cold after waiting another half hour after that phone call for my food. I live 10min from this location and always tip well. Never again.

  Every time I order from this particular Domino's 9/10 times the order is going to be wrong. 1 night I had to wait 2 hours for my order because they only had 1 driver. Another time my order was wrong I called to let them know and they hung up on me 3 times, 1 of those times was by the manager. Finally went to the store and they tell me they thought it was a prank call because I have a vocal disability and have to talk using a device, even though the 2nd time I called I had my son talking for me but because they heard me in the background the assumed it was a prank call and hung up again. This is the WORST Domino's I have EVER encountered. They need to be CLOSED PERMANENTLY or they need NEW MANAGEMENT AND STAFF. It's the Domino's at 18352 Dallas Parkway Dallas Tx

  I was interested in making an order for a pizza delivery. Very respectful and polite, mature. I had one or two questions as I was finalizing what I would like to order. The employee (who claimed to also be the store operator) was very condescending, disrespectful and dismissive. I do think customer service speaks volumes and that this interaction was not coincidental. I was also threatened by this employee, which I don’t take threats lightly. I would hope that this employee would face conferences for their poor service skills and lack of respect for other citizens. If you don’t like servicing or what this job entails then you may need to reconsider your commitment.
