  I am extremely disappointed with the service we received during our recent experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, our dining experience was the worst part of it. The waitress did not explain the menu, the available offers, or the dishes properly. She served the food without describing what it was, and she never clarified the names of the dishes. When we tried to ask questions, she avoided us and did not provide clear answers. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. What was even more concerning was that we clearly informed the staff beforehand that my sister has a seafood allergy. Despite this, seafood was brought to our table along with other dishes that we did not order. This was not just poor service — it was a serious safety issue. Food allergies should always be treated with care and responsibility. Additionally, we felt uncomfortable because the way we were treated seemed biased and discriminatory. The lack of attention, poor communication, and avoidance made us feel unwelcome. Overall, this experience left us frustrated and disappointed. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, improves staff training, and ensures that all guests are treated respectfully and safely in the future.

  Very disappointing experience. The restroom was broken, and the service was discourteous and inattentive. We were celebrating a birthday with a party of six, yet there was no acknowledgment or effort to enhance the occasion. For a group celebration, we expected much better hospitality and professionalism.

  We had the best night at Dolce Riviera. Our waitress Sarah was phenomenal: warm, attentive, and spot-on with recommendations that made the evening feel effortless and fun. We started with the octopus, ricotta balls, and a glass of Sangiovese that paired perfectly with everything that followed. The cacio e pepe was perfectly delicious with just the right bite, and the veal was cooked perfectly. Every dish felt thoughtful, balanced, and indulgent without being heavy. Add in the gorgeous atmosphere and scenery, elegant but relaxed, perfect for a long dinner. It was an all-around perfect experience. Amazing food, standout service, and a vibe that makes you want to stay for just one more glass of wine. Can’t wait to come back (and hope Sarah’s working)!

  Such a cute little hidden cozy place for brunch. Sarah was our server and she was so sweet and kind. She made the meal into an unforgettable experience. The avocado toast is an absolute must try. I’m a picky eater and normally not a lemon ricotta pancake person, but I gave it a shot, they were delightful. I did get a side of bacon to balance it out. My husband enjoyed his meal as well, he got prosciutto and eggs. It was savory and unique in a good way. We’ll definitely return when we’re in the area. It did get a little loud towards the end, because of some large parties, I know that can’t be helped. The service was absolutely refreshing. Thank you. 😊

  Tonight, my boyfriend and I attended Dolce Riviera for our 3 year anniversary. I would like to note i very rately leave reviews but this place went above and beyond for our special night. First, lets start with the restaurant itself. It was our first time in the area and took us WAY too long to find parking but they are connected to a parking garage and have complimentary vallet parking which I thought was neat. No parking was not difficult, we just didnt know. We had shiwn up a little late and had given them a call to let them know and they were so nice and actually directed us to the parking garage. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, the lack of overhead lighting, the simple yet beautiful color schemes and the greenery, it was a gorgeous venue. They have indoor, outdoor and covered patio seating which suits groups of all sizes. We sat on the covered patio and they had heaters set up and it wasnt cold at all. Now the food. OMG it was delicious! I have dietary restrictions and deathly allergies which makes it really difficult and somewhat embarrassing to eat out but i had multiple people ask me about these allergies instead my of saying “btw im allergic to ___” and feeling like a nuisance. They also confirmed what substitutions were made in order for me to be able to eat it which i found very comforting. We got the beef carpaccio, 3 limoncellos between the both of us, I ordered the cacio e pepe with salmon, and my bf got gnocchi al tartufo for his entree. With my dish, the sauce was creamy and delectable, the salmon was hands down the best salmon I have ever had. Crispy, not chewy, skin and not fishy at all. My bfs gnocchi was so good and creamy, not tough. The truffle was definitely seemed to be a truffle oil but was still very pronounced and not over powering. Now the service. The SERVICE was amazing! We were not bothered at all. This place has silent service down to a T. They ofc actually checked in us but not so much that we felt bothered or rushed and everyone was so nice and hospitable. I wish we got the name of our server, this young man was the best and so hospitable! I especially appreciate that he didn't mock or correct my horrible pronunciation which probably sounded like nails on a chalk board! 😂 At the beginning of our meal he asked if we were celebrating anything which we replied yes our anniversary. At the end of the meal he gave us a complimentary cannoli and a sweet note which the staff signed. Yes, im aware this is probably a policy they have in place but it really meant alot and made us feel even more welcomed. We will be coming back as often as we can! Our meal in total (after tip) was about 170$ but let me tell you it was well worth the money! We will be back! Thank you to the dolce riviera team for making us feel even more special on our already special evening.
