This place is super overhyped. Parking is hard to find, and the wait time here can be 1-2 hours. We waited over an hour.
The lobster bisque was my favourite item, a bit odd considering this is a pizza place. The meatballs were good, but cold. The pizzas were all for the most part decent, nothing special. The pizzas were also not hot.
Food comes around quick but your waitress to get drinks, and the lobster bisque was slow.
If you want to spend $25 per person for cold, mediocre food this is the place! I won't return personally.

Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine in Dallas offers one of the most unique pizza dining experiences around. This isn’t your standard slice-and-go joint — it’s a Brazilian-style pizza experience where servers continually bring out different pizzas straight from the oven until you can’t eat another bite. We tried nearly every variety they offered, and the quality across the board was impressive. Each pizza had great flavor, perfect crust texture, and interesting combinations that kept things exciting from start to finish. It’s a fun way to sample a range of flavors without having to commit to just one.
The service was attentive and friendly, though at times it was a little hard to catch exactly which pizza was being served due to the language barrier. Still, everyone was kind and patient, and the food came around frequently enough that we never felt rushed or forgotten. The overall vibe is casual and lively — definitely not a quiet spot, but that energy adds to the experience.
Pricing felt very fair considering the all-you-can-eat concept and quality of the food. It’s an easy place to enjoy a fun evening with friends, couples, or groups who want something beyond typical pizza night. The only drawback is the parking situation — the area can feel a bit risky, so plan ahead or use Uber if available.
All things considered, Delucca delivers on flavor, fun, and atmosphere. We’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in the mood for something out of the ordinary.

This reminds me of Fogo de Chao but Italian pizza style! The variety of fresh pizzas walking around giving out slice by slice is amazing! The price is amazing for the quantity and quality. Came here for a birthday dinner and it was so much fun. Must try!
