This is a great restaurant for group dining because of their service style and vast options for pizza. I am gluten free and their crust is delicious. It is not a typical thin gluten free crust which is great. I don’t have cross contamination issues but a friend who does spoke with the manager Katie who was able to explain careful preparation for those with celiac. Their salad dressing is delicious and also gluten free. They also had some fun cocktails and a great atmosphere that feels very elevated for a pizza menu. It would be hard to find someone that couldn’t enjoy the food here and next time I’m gathering a group it will be my first suggestion!

We’ve been really disappointed with the service lately. This used to be one of our favorite family restaurants. We’ve celebrated birthdays here, brought large groups for special occasions, and enjoyed many dinners just the three of us. Unfortunately, the service has taken a noticeable nosedive to the point where we no longer want to return.
The gaucho chefs are few and far between, and the table service is almost nonexistent. It’s telling when my 7-year-old (who used to call this his favorite restaurant) now says he doesn’t want to come back after the last three disappointing experiences. As he puts it, “They call it all-you-can-eat pizza, but they never bring you pizza.” While that may be a child’s exaggeration, the frustration behind it is real. The pizzas have been very slow to come to the table and the pizzas with meat move at snail pace. Waiting 35 minutes for any pizza with meat is simply unacceptable for meat lovers. At times it feels like pizza with meat is only brought out as a last resort.
To make matters worse, we came in to celebrate my birthday. I had a reservation noted for the occasion. The hostess and our server both acknowledged it at the beginning of the meal, and the server mentioned there would be a dessert and celebration at the end, as we’ve experienced in the past. Unfortunately, that never happened.
To be fair, the food is amazing. However, tasty food cannot make up for poor service. This place used to be wonderful but the service, at least over our last three visits, has clearly declined. Sadly, we doubt we’ll be returning anytime soon.

If you’re looking to relax and enjoy quality time with your family at a restaurant, this may not be the place for you. My family and I were approached by someone who appeared to be the manager and told, “I don’t mean to rush you all, but there are other parties waiting on tables,” which clearly felt like we were being pushed to leave.
We had only been there a short time, and there were several other open tables available including multiple larger tables that could have accommodated waiting guests. The interaction made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
This was my second visit, but unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be returning.

Last Sunday, we visited DeLuca Pizza in Dallas, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff member who assisted us had a negative attitude. While they did their job and served us, their attitude was unfriendly and unwelcoming.
Good customer service is such an important part of dining out, and this experience really took away from our visit. We felt uncomfortable and not valued as customers. I hope management addresses this issue so future guests have a more positive and pleasant experience. As a guest we experienced Very poor service along with unfriendly staff.

Justin and Noah were great servers and the food was quite tasty and delicious too but I think the food was great. I think the restaurant was the best one I have ever been to and it was the best one I’ve ever been in and I think it’s just the best restaurant there is
