I had to get up and find the manager and tell him, and he sent a waiter from another area to take our order. All the waiters in the area near the big screen are incredibly lazy. They need competent people who actually want to work. And even after all that, he still told me the tip was 20%! What an incredibly rude guy! I'll never set foot in that place again.

Luckily there was security guard who stepped in to help and expressed its not the first complaint he has heard about her lack of managment sklillw...speaks volumes! Twitty at the restaurant was absolutely amazing from the second we walked in and if I could take him with me I would! Hes the only reason there are 5 stars for service! Do better Dave and Busters!!

TGI Friday was my favorite restaurant because they had some pasta that tasted almost exactly the same. They staff said this was a new item for the menu and it was AMAZING! The only thing I would change is to add more pasta noodles. My husband got a chicken quesadilla and he said it was okay. He said the chicken tasted like canned chicken. We sat at the bar and Rayshard was our waiter. He was amazing! So kind, friendly, and attentive!! He made me a strawberry daiquiri and it was SO good!

- MFMichael FrostDec 17, 20251.0I went to Dave & Busters on 12/16/25 to spend time with my estranged brother and brought along my sister; Food: to start the food was mediocre and the server got my order wrong and i had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes just for a side of fries. My sisters burger still had pink and not cooled to what she asked. Service: The waiter didn’t know much about the menu items when asked and we felt rushed when orderIng. The food took very long to arrive about 30 minutes or more. Atmosphere: the location was clean and very “cool” looking and the games were fun. Game cards: we bought the 90 minute unlimited play but later found out you have to wait 30 seconds between each game you tap your card with and most aggravating was you have unlimited playing of games BUT not unlimited winnings from the games you play, you can only win up to 1,500 tickets on the unlimited play card; any more tickets you “win” will not go to that card and you will receive a “no tickets awarded, just for fun” message if you hit the 1,500 ticket limit. Price: $104 for 3 meals, charged for 2 strawberry lemonades and 14.99 for a whiskey glass sized alcoholic beverage. all in all: eat before you get here and just pay for the games, dont get the unlimited play.
