The Cashier laughed when i asked him if he could ask his service manager after he told me no when I first initially asked & she said no as well. By the time I got halfway through the burrito there was no steak at all, just rice. Also my wife used her reward points for queso and guacamole on the side that the didn’t even put in the bag, but we got charged for it. This is the reason why I stopped going to chipotle for about 10 years and yet nothing has changed. We won’t be coming back.
