- TBTaisha BrownNov 17, 20251.0I went to this chipotle for my 30 min lunch, my phone died when I walked into the store, so my form of payment was a card with a chip, no tap. I tried several times, and the cashier which was the manager told me the chip was not working. I pleaded if there was any other option bc I stood in line and waited and I only had 13 minutes left for my break. He was so rude, ignored my question about if someone had been notified that it didn’t work, and he didn’t even attempt to manually put the card number in. I asked him to speak to the manager, and he stated he was. This store is hopeless, horrible customer service. I won’t go back, and will tell all my coworkers about my experience. I didn’t get any lunch.
