- Y스티나YahDec 26, 20251.0I run a small business, and today, I went to this location to treat my staff to lunch, 6 people order. The employee at the front, an African American female, was extremely rude and had the nerve to complain about the size of my order. She then had the audacity to tell me, the paying customer, to place orders like mine online vs in-store. She acted like I had inconvenienced her, the employee. Her sour attitude and unprofessional mannerisms throughout my entire visit were not appreciated. I am in great disbelief that Chipotle would hire such an individual to represent the company! The site supervisor eventually came over and took over. I let that supervisor know that I will not be returning with my business, but I was not provided an apology for this horrible experience. I hope this feedback reaches corporate so they can work on better training protocols for this location, because this is not acceptable customer service.

She was really really rude. I wasnt able to get her name. She was a blck younger female. The quiet shy manager was next to her and didnt apprehend her even after i inform him of how rude the female was. Now i find myself driving an extra 5 mins to a different chipotle everytime i crave it to avoid this one female.
