  Had lunch here once and it was terrible 😞 I’m sitting here wanting chipotle and decided to give them another shot but looking at these reviews I’ll save my money or drive on Gaston a new chipotle location is way better no Fat chewy meat with every bite like this location

  Let's start with how dirty the place was , front of the house and back of the house. Now we're gonna talk about the quality of the food , it's a hit or miss but lately it's a miss, now let's talk about the price , chipotle has the nerve to go up on its prices two bowls that use to cost no more than $30 has jumped to $40!! Wouldn't it be a great business move to raise prices and raise the quality of the food and the service? This location always only have one person serving the line , when the girl did show up to help the guy she never asked if we wanted to dine in or take out but with the tables being so dirty , spoons and forks not stacked it was best to eat at home! Chipotle will definitely be losing business, this is my last time spending money here!!

  Prob my fault but I got the steak bowl with guacamole and fountain drink the total was $18 almost $19 !! Thought that was ridiculous. I only found out after it was all put in the bowl and was paying so I didn't wanna say no.. BTW steak and beans were COLD!! Anyways I will not be going back, $19 -ridiculous for some cold chewy "steak"....not worth it at all... Should've walked out or at least called corporate

  DIRTY. No pride in management. Typical chipotle location. Dirty entrance doors and glass. Most tables dirty, as they do not handle the lunch hour well. No chicken, no brown rice, no grilled veggies. Floors were trashy and the garbage bins overflowing. Ordered a burrito and that was a disaster, as the outside wrapper was filled with counter fluids and the burrito itself a hot mess of a wrap. Just a poorly ran location. 2-17-25 12:15pm

  I visited this location around 3 PM last Tuesday for a late lunch. We ordered a chicken bowl, and when I started eating, I noticed that the brown rice was not cooked properly — it felt only about 70% done. I immediately went to the cash counter and informed the staff member about the issue. She acknowledged me but continued with her work, and no action seemed to be taken. I returned to my table and finished the chicken and veggies without the rice. However, I kept watching to see if the rice pan would be replaced or if the kitchen would be informed, but nothing changed. The same undercooked rice continued to be served to other customers, which was disappointing. Attention to food quality and customer feedback should be taken more seriously.
