When the main line ran out of cheese, staff refused to restock it or use cheese that was clearly available on the to-go line—even though I paid for it. This isn’t about one mistake; it’s a pattern of prioritizing cost control over customer experience. Other restaurants handle this correctly by providing fair portions without excuses. If you like Chipotle-style food but don’t like feeling shorted, there are better options nearby. Note to Owner: A generic “email us” response won’t fix this. Please explain here how you’re correcting these operational issues.

It was not possible to even eat the burrito and if you mess it up that much you should start over rather than thinking you can serve that to a customer. I wanted a burrito not a tortilla in a bowl…. SMH. There needs to be more burrito wrapping practice at this location I’m for real? unacceptable
