Food was amazingly good until I was nearly finished and went to pack up my left overs and found a short, straight, black strand of hair in my food 🥹 my hair is long, brown and curly. I tried reaching out to the location to notify the staff - as one manager to another- to make sure their employees are keeping up with food safety standards but turns out you can’t call the location directly, can only make a report with customer service and I could t even make a full official report since I ordered it via door dash. I see why I’ve gone all these years without following the hype around Chipotle. Attached a pic of the hair and a side by side of my hair for reference to show it’s not mine.
