  This was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. Management at this location clearly does not care about customers or basic service standards. Two members of leadership were standing off to the side doing nothing while one employee was left alone to prepare food and run the register. He was doing his best, but he was completely unsupported. Meanwhile, other staff walked around and didn’t acknowledge customers at all. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time, a young lady finally approached, but her attitude was unfriendly and dismissive. Instead of helping, she acted like I was inconveniencing her and tried to rush me out. There were no napkins available, and when I asked for my receipt, she refused to hand it to me and said it was in the bag. I had to repeat myself just to get basic service. I left frustrated, without napkins, and with a clear understanding that customer service is not a priority at this location. Management should be embarrassed. Standing around while one employee struggles and customers are ignored is unacceptable. I called the store afterward to address the issue, and no one even bothered to answer the phone. That tells you everything you need to know. Avoid this location if you expect professionalism or respect as a customer.

  Cashier acted like she was being bothered 🙄 by customers by doing her job. Attitude on 100. I'm sure others are great but this girl working the 6:30 to closing needs to learn what customer service is.

  This is one of my weekly go to spots, i either get the steak or chicken bowls with all the ingredients, my favorite ingredient is the fresh guacamole, i like how everything is fresh and service is very quick usually takes 1 minute or so to get your order built and paid, i also see they constantly are introducing new options like carne asada, and others so you can try new things every once in a while, love this place

  Every time I go to this location they are either cleaning at 7:00pm or out of something. I asked the cashier(Jorge) if they don’t make the salad dressing because every time I go to that location they are out. He completely ignored me, I will NEVER spend my money on this location. Horrible service.
