I also, to my surprise, enjoyed the live singer/guitarist, Aidan Berlioz. Normally live music is too loud for me, but this wasn't and helped cover up the annoying kids at the arcade machines. He plays on Tuesdays according to the table sign.

We got both styles of chicken strips, fries that were seasoned to perfection and the creamy macaroni and cheese. I can’t say enough good about this place. Chefs kiss!!!!

Asked about our visit, made suggestions about favorites. I asked about the sauces, he gave us samples to taste. After food was delivered, he approached the table to ask if we were satisfied and asked if anything else he could do. Restaurant was clean, service very fast, and food fresh. The volume of the ambient music was loud enough to be heard, yet allowed for normal conversation.

The fries were okay, had a light amount of seasoning on them, but they are standard fast food style fries and I’d think for Guy Fieri, there would be some kind of unique or interesting flavor, or preparation or something. The chicken was juicy, but a bit bland. Fantastic concept for a restaurant and the service was friendly and helpful, but some tweaks to the menu would be a good idea.
