  Very rude lady at counter, straight had a sour face and asked me to go kiosk and said she won't take my order, no greeting or anything just straight told me to go to kiosk. So I left and of course did not go to kiosk and never going back again. . Hope management teaches them good maners.

  I’m disappointed with my recent visit to Charleys Cheesesteaks. The biggest issue wasn’t even the food — it was the complete lack of employee engagement and atmosphere. The cashier’s response to every question was the same: “I don’t know, maybe 1 minute,” which didn’t inspire much confidence or clarity. What should have been a simple, quick order ended up taking over 30 minutes to receive. There was no sense of urgency, communication, or acknowledgment of the wait. The employees moved incredibly slowly — and that’s with full respect to sloths. I understand places get busy, but a little customer service and basic communication would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience just felt indifferent from start to finish.

  Would give a lower star review if it was not for the cashier that attended me at the end. Had issues with the app and the cook was rude about explaining the card payment and would not let me attempt to do it at the register so missed out on that. My order ended up being ordered through the kiosk and the order details were left there for a while even though there was no one in front of me that had their orders being completed. However, the cashier was exceptional! My lemonade was ordered with no ice and someone else had it messed up but she quickly fixed this. For reference I will not be doing business here anymore but my heart stays with the blondish cashier because I have a feeling the other one is her manager.

  DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I just witnessed two of the grill cooks pick up raw chicken and beef, then immediately handle vegetables, cheese, sauces, and bread WITH THE SAME GLOVES. I requested a refund and asked to speak to the manager. Turns out the lady contaminating the entire kitchen WAS THE MANAGER! She didn't apologize or seem to care at all when I told her she was going to make someone very sick. Stay away unless you like food poisoning.
