The staff at this location attitude is extremely Horrible! Josh and another staff member with HEAVY eyelashes spoke to me very rudely and aggressively when I ask for my bowl to be made correctly after my ingredients were thrown and slapped into the bowl and he responded “it’s all going into the bowl” The women with the heavy eye lashes stepped in and began to scream at me very loudly in front of another customer and entire staff when I asked for my sauce to be placed on the side. The order was a pick order that the staff had not made although I arrived after pick up time and the order still wasn’t ready. Truly a disappointing experience im sure these two employees do not reflect Cava customer service standard.

My wife and I were starving tonight. She suggested we eat at Cava, for the "healthy" options. I immediately replied with "no, they got our food wrong last time." Her positive reply "Oh babe, let's give it another shot!" quickly led me to place an online order for delivery. To no surprise, Cava messed it all up, again. Two times in a row. I hope they know I will not be allowing for "third times the charm" . We're done. I ordered two entrees, one came with an overabundance of ingredients, while the other came with the smallest amount of food. I paid for three different toppings (Tomatoes, Cucumber, and Pickled onion) all of which, I, of course, did not receive. However, thankfully, they decided to be generous and give me a topping I didn't pay for, or want in the slightest (corn). Whoever is responsible for reading tickets is not doing a lovely job. This is coming from someone who is in the food industry. Thank you, Cava, for the second hand embarrassment.

absolutely love CAVA! Every visit is consistently amazing. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. You can really taste the quality in every bite — from the tender grilled meat to the crisp veggies and bold, delicious sauces.
The staff is friendly, fast, and welcoming, and the restaurant is always clean and well organized.

Honestly I'm not a guy that leaves reviews but it's surprisingly crazy on how fast and nicely I was treated by Karina especially when it's super busy. She had a very positive attitude when helping me out, can't complain. It was my first time at this location so I'll be coming back and hopefully everyone has the same attitude as her and I will make this my favorite CAVA!!! Thank you guys. P.s. food was delicious!

This place is a very sad joke — undercooked food, smells like sewage and the “manager” Maria is an absolute joke. First she lies and makes me feel like a criminal as if I forged the card for the complimentary bowl (with no expiration date) they gave me for *their* screw-up she then admits the person who gave it to me doesn’t work there and she just flat out refuses to accept it. Avoid this location like the plague and go to Oaklawn. They actually know what they’re doing.
