She’s given us great suggestions and is truly made Cava like part of our regular routine. We came in 30 minutes till close (I’m so sorry! 😭🤌🏽) and the chicken was still being cooked- Which wasn’t a problem we love it there so much we were so willing to wait- especially since we came in so late. Joanne offered us the spicy chicken at no charge, Gave us drinks, and even offered to cover our meals. It was SOOOOO sweet! We love cava for the food but we come to this cava for the people. I hope she gets a raise because she truly is the face of this cava!
