    I’m new to the area and I stumbled across this wonderful place and the cashier named Karime was so patient with me , she helped me make the worlds best bowl , I think she personally deserves a huge raise love her and I will definitely come back to this place

    I get a bowl here about once a week. Sometimes it’s great. Sometimes it’s almost inedible. Today for the second time the lentils are like tiny pebbles. Several times the chicken has been burnt and so dry!! I keep going back because the dips are great as are the toppings. But dang. I wish they’d get the chicken and lentils figured out.

    I called this location to see if they had spicy lamb meatballs since it was later in the evening and the other Cava location told me they were out for the night. Ms. Joanne answered the phone and told me that they were also out for the evening but she would be happy to request that some were put on the grill to be cooked. I was so grateful that instead of just saying "were out" she went the extra mile and offered to have some cooked for us. She said it just takes a few minutes. 2 other employees simply told me they were out and did not offer to have some made. I was so very impressed and grateful at Joanne's kindness and service. We drive from Red Oak to downtown for Cava because of the fresh and whole ingredients. Joanne, you truly made the difference and we do not take your kindness for granted!!!!

    Leila and Daisy were amazing. I came in wanting the balsamic date chicken bowl (no longer have) and they recommended me the garlicky chicken shawarma which I will be getting again. 12/10 for the food, service, and people at this location.
