    Deisy, Karima and Darius have the best energy. They greet me every time I come in this location. They have great patience with customers and always ask me how my day is going. I look forward to coming in this location to not only eat but to say hi to everyone. This location is clean all the time, even the outside patio

    Mr. White, the manager at CAVA, was extremely rude today. He kept doing that fake laugh trying to act like he wasn’t being rude, all while being rude. He even slammed my cup down on the counter instead of handing it to me, all because I asked for fresh pita chips. And the crazy part is they charge extra for everything, so the bare minimum should be good customer service. Very disappointing experience.

    Javier and the team were so sweet. It was my moms first time at Cava and they let her try different things to figure out what she liked. She was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and has been struggling with figuring out her new diet. I greatly appreciate them here being patient with her.

    Great CAVA experience! I’ve worked in customer service and it’s definitely hard to stay on all the time but Javier helped me out and was such a gem explaining everything to me and giving me the yummiest recommendations to try. There are a few locations near me but safe to say I will be back to this one!

    This is my favorite Cava. The food is amazing, the people are great and fun, and it’s always so clean. I’ve been to Cavas all over, but this is really the best one in Dallas and definitely the best out of Dallas or Houston. Javier is so much fun; he’s personable and so professional. His recommendation for the lamb was so on point. Ask for him! lol they’re all great people though. Work had taken me out of Dallas for a while; it’s nice to be back.
