  During my recent visits to cava, I’ve been consistently impressed by the outstanding service provided by this employee named natalia. They greet every guest with genuine warmth, move efficiently during even the busiest rushes, and pay close attention to customizing each bowl exactly as requested. Their positive attitude and professionalism create a welcoming atmosphere that really elevates the dining experience. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction.

  I came to cava today 11/19/2025 and that place is amazing the young lady who attended me was so nice and explained to me so well the menu. Everyone in there are so kind the young lady who helped me was Natalia very sweet and the food was delicious I will definitely go back.

  I was driving home from Garland to Dallas and decided to stop by CAVA for dinner. Since I wasn’t sure what my husband wanted, I was texting him to confirm his order. I was the only person in line, and I made sure to let the staff know that I apologized if I was taking a moment to finalize it. The employee assisting me, Natalie (I’m assuming this is her name as I asked her, as she was not wearing a name tag) was working on 11/19 at around 4:30 PM. She responded to me in a very rude manner, saying, “Well, you should have asked him what to order before you are in line.” This was unnecessary, especially considering it was a last-minute stop and I wasn’t holding up any other guests. She also laughed at me, which felt unprofessional. I’ve worked in customer service leadership for over 10 years, and this type of behavior does not reflect the level of care or professionalism expected in a guest-facing role. As I was leaving, I could also hear her speaking to a coworker (an African American male with dreads) about how “slow” I was, which was disappointing to witness. This employee may benefit from additional customer service training, as the experience came across as uncaring and disrespectful.

  This was me and my husband's first time here and let me tell you it won't be the last!!! Yummmmmmy & healthy! We tried the bowl we built ourselves. The flavors slap you in the face. I fell in love immediately. The drinks ooh wee honey. They are delicious and healthy too. The ladies up front were awesome, patient and super helpful! Thanks to the crew Guilie, Rhemija, Vanessa, Vincent, Melody and Johnny! We thank y'all ❤️

  Its been a while since I came to this location, just to came almost every day. The service was excellent 👌. Came today and this is what $25 get you at this cava. Literally the only extra thing I got was the avocado. (Not even extra protein) The woman with glasses that was serving the bowls was even scared to add the chicken to my bowl. Barely got some pieces. Super greedy. Not coming back. Will take my busses to sweetgreen or somewhere else
