  Purchased a bowl today 2/16/2026 -asked for ginger beer - the cashier showed me where they were. I go to get 2 put them on the counter with my bowl. Paid for my order snd I was asked if I wanted a bag- well yes. I drive home across town - because there are no Cava in my area, get home no ginger beers. No receipt. Just the bowl in the big bag. I called them the lady was very nice. She said they are right here on the counter. She offered for me to come back and get them. No, I live across town. Then she offered a refund, perfect. Then came back and told me I would have to get my refund from the app. Make the customer work NO!!!

  Great food and even better service. This was my first time visiting and Karen made it a 10/10 experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and her customer service is amazing. I highly recommend!

  I come here every week because of the excellent customer service! It’s great customer service from people like Karen that make the drive a little further to this location much more worth it, even though North Park mall Cava is closer to me. People may not think it matters, but little consistent highlights of great service makes people loyal repeat customers. Thanks, Karen, for the healthy food and healthy interactions all the time. It makes the work week easier. You a real one. I really appreciate and love how the staff here treats a repeat customer like me. Always warm welcomes. Much love 👍🏾
