- EDEmily Dorjee1 day ago3.0I redeemed my free pita crisps through the app via a pick up order. I got a text saying my order was ready and to head to the pick up shelf inside the restaurant. The pick up shelves were empty. I sat at a nearby table and waited. A few minutes passed and no orders were added to the shelf. I saw 2 orders of pita crisps sitting behind the cash register. I stood up and waited by the register to let them know I had an online order. I was standing in a position so that all 3 employees working the line could see me, and none of them stopped to ask what I needed. There was not even a second of eye contact to get their attention. After they finished ringing up one customer, they immediately went back to the front of the line to help the next customer (as they should, but not at the expense of mobile orders). I left after about 10 minutes

And I noticed a young man hustling and taken care of the guests and also the staff, in the end I found that he was a manager, and his name is Frank, and I think he’s doing an amazing job. I never received an email or text saying my order was canceled...I checked the tracking from the driver and saw it. I called three times and of course nobody answered. What the heck Cava!
