Most of the time the interaction is minimal, which is fine—but during my recent visit, JaMya completely changed that for the better. She was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and genuinely engaged. Her customer service went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced at this location. She took the time to interact, made the experience feel personal, and truly made me feel valued as a customer—not just someone grabbing food and leaving. Honestly, she is a true people person, and it shows. Her energy and approach could really elevate the overall atmosphere at this location. She would make an excellent lead or role model for customer service, because she turned a routine stop into a genuinely pleasant experience. I left feeling better than when I walked in—and that says a lot.

This location Is also quite often out of different ingredients so you never know when you’ll be able to get a meal or not. They also have serious issues with cooking their brown rice, as it’s always crunchy and hard. The staff is not very friendly and a lot of times there are not enough of them so a large line forms. I frequent cava a lot, but unfortunately, this location is by far the worst location I have visited.
