  I was excited to try the Catch Dallas location because I had a great experience in Miami and was obsessed with the Hit Me Cake. However, my boyfriend and I were turned away because they were “fully committed” for the night, but I checked for reservations on open table before we got there & they definitely had reservations available. We were so disappointed that they lied that we went across the street to Nuri Steakhouse and had an amazing experience!

  I was honestly underwhelmed at my second time dining here. The hype doesn’t match the delivery from cuisine to service truly an overrated establishment with mediocre food and cocktails that drink like mocktails. I’ve had their dinner and brunch, and I believe management should dine with competitors here in the DFW metroplex where hospitality is taken seriously.

  My husband took me on a date night at this place 11/16. Loved the atmosphere, and our waitress was a sweetheart. However, the service, in terms of getting food on time, was horrible. It took close to an hour for me to receive my main course, the wagyu rice, a staple item at $64.00. Unfortunately, it was not good. So, although I was hungry and very pregnant, I did not finish the food that I was so patiently waiting for. Additionally, the waitress admitted that the main cook was not working, so the person who " prepares the salads" was standing in for the cook. The only thing that was offered to us for the subpar rice was two cookies. After we expressed our unsatisfactory experience to the manager Patrick. Instead of him taking the item off bill. He offered us his card for future reservations. This is NOT customer service. This was handled poorly. This was a lost opportunity for a returning customer. I would not recommend this place

  I absolutely love coming to Catch! One of my favorite restaurants in Dallas for any occasion! The service is always incredible from the bartenders Ardon and Chloe, they are 2 who always take great care of me + Will and Caden are 2 of the managers who always ensures were having a great time! I will always be back for the service, ambience and the truffle sashimi!

  Extremely disappointing experience, especially at this price point. We came to Catch Dallas expecting a high-end dining experience and left incredibly underwhelmed. The service was inconsistent and inattentive, not what you’d expect from a restaurant of this reputation. The food was an even bigger letdown: dishes arrived lukewarm, lacked flavor, and didn’t match the quality or presentation you’d anticipate when the final bill is over $13,000. For that kind of spend, we expected excellence across the board, but the night felt more like an expensive mistake than a memorable experience. Catch Dallas has the atmosphere and branding of a fine dining destination, but unfortunately, the execution just doesn’t live up to it.
