I just ate a salad, then I came back that night and I did create my own pasta shrimp spinach, fresh mushrooms, and the sauce. Excellent sauce FYI. The manager.Brent treated me the same way and today he knew the order because I ordered the same thing. Who remembers that! and I ordered the same thing so that should tell you a lot. Now the hostess Erin, what's the same she gave me the same customer service and I don't eat pasta like this, but they made it worth it both days!

My lady and I stood at the hostess area for 7 minutes with no one acknowledging us. My lady had to walk over to the bar where the bartender who already seen us walk in 7 mins prior pretended she did not see us to get service. This establishment is not friendly nor customer centric unless you are of a certain race apparently. This would have been my first time eating at a Carrabbas and I’m happy we did not waste our money on the poor service.

Then when it was returned to me it was just 3 small pieces of cut up chicken, not as the chicken brushette was described or looked in the picture. This is was the worst Carrabba's I've ever visited. A total waste of time and money. And by the way, the manager was untruthful, and if no help. I will never go here again, and will share my horrible experience with whomever will listen.
