I came here in the morning after staying at the Drey Hotel on a work trip, and spent about a half hour enjoying my coffee and checking emails. I ordered a cold brew with oat milk and “overnight oats.” The baristas were friendly and service was prompt. The cold brew was delicious—smooth, bold, and definitely highly caffeinated (I couldn’t even finish the whole thing).
The oats, though, were weird! They were literally just oats in a plastic cup soaked in water (and not enough water if you ask me) with a little separate container on top holding some apple compote. The texture was dry, clumpy, and kind of slimy, so I chucked them. Keeping the bodega theme, maybe you could just sell instant oatmeal cups like the Bob’s Red Mill brand instead? They last a long time since they’re just a shelf-stable product, they taste good, and and you could just add hot water for the customers when they purchase.
I appreciate the airy space with lots of natural light (plus cool chandeliers!) and the thoughtful division of the large room with mid-century modern furniture. It definitely matches the whole vibe of The Village. Lots of 20 and 30-something’s chatting and working on laptops. I’ll definitely return for the coffee when I’m in the area again!

We had the Nutella and Matcha nitros and they were both great. Worth the visit indeed. The place is nicely decorated and made it feel welcoming. Diversity in the establishment is also great and made us feel at home.

the vibes are extremely hipster if you're into that and the employee are cool. However, both times I've come here the food wasn't very good and the coffee doesn't taste good at all, almost burnt.

Really nice to sit and work. Just wish there were more outlets! Other than that, a nice coffee and tacos.
