  Waited thirty minutes for a singular drink. Server didn't know how to deal with situation. Every drink we got tasted different and varried in size. Wish I had pictures of the progression of drinks we got. Chicken wing on the floor in the lobby, all kinds of bww trash outside the front. Just overall confusing.

  In town for business. Googled this location, it’s the closest to my hotel. Here now. Ordered wings while at the bar. The restaurant is probably 85% empty. The wings were finally delivered. Extremely slow service, the quality of the wings was poor at best. To top it off bartender has a terrible attitude. I literally witnessed a customer come to the bar and ask to cancel his order because it was over 30 minutes since he placed his order and he still had not received the wings. The bartender said “it takes 20 minutes to cook the wings and there are other orders ahead of yours”. As he walked away after canceling his order the bartender said “there are other restaurants that sale wings”. Incredible. In this environment I chose “not” to use my credit card to pay my check, I gave her cash for the exact amount. She closed my check but did not bring me a receipt. I asked for the receipt, she walked from behind the bar to some other area and returned with my receipt, dropping it on the bar. Leaving now, my tip - $0.00!!

  an absolute joke. food was delayed and then wasn't even hot when it came out, and we waited 20 minutes to get our dessert after we had already paid our tab. they had to call *a manager* to figure out how to get us the dessert. i'm not even kidding.

  Place was empty Came in for a dinner for 2 at the bar. Our food took over 25 min for 10 wings. Food was cold and wings were not extra crispy like we ordered. Manager seemed to not care at all about the bad service and horrible food execution. Over all horrible experience Zero accountability from management Never even tried to fix the order I will take my business elsewhere

  Suggestion...since this is a wings place, either have paper towels/napkins readily available on each table, or make sure to bring them out with the food. The guy who brought my wings out said he would bring napkins, which he did not. So my food got cold waiting to get the attention of a server on a busy day. Wings require napkins lol
