  Bdubs is my favorite, I had a worst experience yesterday at Bdubs location. I have ordered BOGO TUESDAY 10+10 wings. I visited the store and didn’t had time so took my order to home. I didn’t see the wings by opening the box and that’s my mistake. After getting home I was shocked to see the small skinny wings. Including waiting time and traveling time it took 1.5 hours, got bones with almost no meat on it with just skin on it. You can see the pictures I attached. This is very disappointing. Maybe they thought that they can put any trash in the box and even if customer looks at it after getting home we can’t travel back that long to ask. I can’t understand what is your mindset.

  Took us more than an hour to get the food . We had ordered online . To top it off before we left we checked the bag to see if everything was there and we were missing just a small order or potato wedges. They gave us some large fries instead of wedges . We took it like that after having waited almost 90 minutes in total.(we were charged for wedges but got fries thats 1$ loss ). Also the carrots and celery were missing. (2.99$ loss) I realized they didnt pack these when i got home . So now im eating wings with no carrots :( Order was put in online @7:18PM . Said it would be ready @7:40PM. Just left the restaurant @8:22pm. All that for 2 burgers and some wings …

  Came here to pickup an order place was dead only a few people were here for New Year’s Eve. The workers here were watching the tv more than actually working. My order was supposed to be ready by 7:20 and I’m still waiting here at 7:50 who knows how long this will take!!!!! Actually pissed now that it’s taking more than 30 minutes. I’d understand if this place was busy but Its not. I’ll never come back to this location.

  Got served by Gregory today. And this is honestly the only time me and my family have ever come to this location and had great service. Loved it. He was really nice yet to the point our order came out perfectly.
