Went & had a great time our server Arthur did a phenomenal job, was super attentive you must try the jack Daniels blackberry with a shooter. We don’t get to go out often but when we do we love finding a great place for a date night. The wings were on point, make sure to double check your tab to ensure all the charges are accurate.

Always good for wings and drinks. One of the most consistent chains around. You know you will get sports and pub food. The burger is a sleeper as well and spicey garlic sauce on the wings a favorite of all my ears anywhere. Also garage parking is the best bet.

I cannot even begin to describe explain or express the terrible service I received at this Buffalo Wild Wings. It all started with Uber Eats, the food looked absolutely disgusting. I called and asked them to remake it. Spoke with Jose and Bell the manager. Jose lies on several occasions and Bell has an attitude that should keep her far away from any type of customer service in person or over the phone. They stopped answering the phone after I called for a follow up. I went up to the store and asked for Bell, Jose told me she wasn’t there. Another lady waiting for a manager said Bell was there and that she had been waiting on her. Finally she came out, in a matter of minutes she spoke very rudely to two customers, one resulting in a guy demanding a refund and another cancelling her order for her table. I was told I had to place my order again, pay for it, and get a refund. She never came back to refund me. Not too mention she said my car would towed for blocking a customer in after I told her and the customer I would move. I had no where to park so I didn’t have a choice and the length of time it took to wait on her to come had me there longer than I expected. Due to how she handled the situation I was there for over an hour. This absolutely the worst situation I have had with any restaurant.

Buffalo Wild Wings - Lemon Avenue
I had a very disappointing experience at this location.
The wait times were excessive and poorly managed, but the most troubling part of the visit was the behavior of the manager on duty. I witnessed the manager being verbally aggressive and disrespectful toward an older woman who was dining with her family. The interaction was uncomfortable and completely inappropriate, especially in front of guests.
At a certain point, the situation became so hostile that I felt compelled to step in and calmly ask that the situation be handled more respectfully. I remained cordial and non-confrontational throughout. Unfortunately, the manager then directed the same rude and aggressive behavior toward me and even attempted to have me removed, despite my polite demeanor.
No customer should feel intimidated or disrespected while dining out, and no employee—especially a manager—should speak to guests in that manner. Combined with the unreasonable wait times, this experience reflects very poor management and customer service.
I hope corporate leadership addresses these issues, as this location seriously damages the brand’s reputation.
I did ask for a refund and will no longer visit this location. Go to the Harry Hines one, 5 min waits and friendly staff.
Buffalo Wild Wings you have a major problem at your location.
