Our couples Lifegroup from One Community Church (Dallas Campus) met here last night. We have ben jasting daily then last night we broke the fast at Buca. It was amazing. We had 10 guests and were seated in the perfect spot. Andrew recommended the chicken carbonara which was fantastic. We had a mixture of dishes and the bowls kept moving from one end of the table to another until there was nothing left. Some of our party was here for the first time and Buca left a superb impression on their hearts, minds, and stomachs. This place is a much for any large group to dine. They feed you like you really are family. Thanks Buca!!!

I ordered to go. Meatball sandwich and fries were OK, not great. Very disappointed in the kids meal chicken parmesean with spaghetti. The chicken was burnt bad on the edges and bottom. Not edible at all. Spaghetti was decent. My kid couldn't eat it. Luckily we had extra food. Very disappointing. Lunch size lasagna was great, huge portions. Very nice to go person very helpful. Im not sure why the kitchen staff thought that the chicken was OK to send out to a customer.

Great experience today. We had Jacob as a server to our big party. He was on point with everything. He repeated our order for accuracy. The calamari was good. Wish it was a little bigger for a larger group so we now know to order two the next time we come. All of the food was fresh when it came out. The ceaser salad was fresh as well. The atmosphere was nice and had plenty of photos for the teenagers to engage in the area.
The colossal ice cream brownie sundae was the best. Next time we'll order less whipped cream because it was a lot. No complaints though.

I made reservations for myself and 8 family members on Christmas Day at 2:15. I personally wanted to come back here with my family. There were several other restaurants available. I’ve never had as bad a service as my family and I had. We were seated and service started out nice. The waiter Jennifer immediately began blatantly began ignoring us. Gave us 2 plates of dread for 9 people, we asked for refills and never got them from her. She was blatantly rude. She immediately stated given her attention to the table across from us (5 people. They immediately received 3 plates of bread, numerous refills, and she chats with them and talk to them about the menu. I asked her for the manager. She asked me what was the nature. Gets the manager who clearly doesn’t care either. When I explained to him that I was with a local Law Firm. He went to the back and one round of drink refills were provided. Never saw the manager again! Never came back to check on us. Horrible service. Will be reaching out to their corporate office.

We went on the evening of 12/26.
Food was alright, but they didn’t send out the garlic bread we ordered. Service wasn’t awful but left a lot to be desired.
I had to ask the hosts multiple times about a table, confirmed multiple times that they would text me, they did not text me when my table was ready, and sat someone else. I don’t like waiting in crowded restaurants when the plaza is right there to walk around for. Waited another 20 min because they were “bussing our table” and when we went back there was at least 5 four tops empty and clean. This was all while they were talking, goofing off in general, maybe on their phones, and I got the sense that if someone in my party hadn’t asked them about our table it would have been another 15 min. Our server wasn’t very attentive, waters left unfilled and checked on us maybe three times? Not that I want constant check ins, but I do want my water refilled? Idk weird experience overall, I don’t really like Buca because every experience I’ve had is sub par and isn’t exactly welcoming nor is the food even that good. I only go when I have a family member that wants to go. And this experience has made me realize I need to push back on that.
