My wife has egg and dairy allergies and our waitress and the cook staff did a great job taking care of her. All of our food was delicious. Service was great. I had the Godzilla roll and we both had salads with sesame honey dressing, we shared a chicken lettuce wrap and she had two vegan rolls (Eden and Thai Hippi). Highly recommend. Only complaint was the attached parking garage was difficult with not many spots. We had to circle the garage several times to find a spot.

Pros: The drinks are REALLY good; If I were in the area, I'd come here just to try everything on their drink menu. Sushi was fine, nothing too special, the server was nice.
Cons: The service was INCREDIBLY slow; we were going to get a second roll and another round of drinks, but it took so long to get our first order that we decided to finish dinner at a different restaurant. There was an automatic 20% gratuity added to our bill (for a party of 2) that we were not informed about; server never brought us the original meal ticket (he just stated the total) nor the printed receipt I requested after we paid, so it wasn't until I was doing the math later on that I realized it had been added. Parking situation was very confusing.
From what I've read on here, they have a good Happy Hour, so I'd recommend going here then, but not during dinner time. They have a robust menu for vegetarians too.

Great food. Now the rest of the story.
They said they could not seat us because we had a service dog. That is a federal violation, illegal discrimination.
A manager came, who then did seat us, as we were trying to figure out parking validation at the front desk. Distracted, we sat. There was no parking QR code at the table. Unconcerned, because there is restaurant parking validation.
So we validated parking at the end of the meal, at the QR code at the front desk, online.
We ended up with a $100 parking ticket. The restaurant refused to help with it.
The help line at parking validation also has refused to help cancel the ticket.
We will not ever eat there again. We post this to warn others about their parking scam.
If you read my reviews, I almost always give 5 star reviews. I hate to complain. I am not a complainer by nature, and I can let a lot of things go without problems.

I go to Blue Sushi Sake in Fort Worth mostly once a week. I was working near this location and thought it would be nice to go to something familiar. I had about an hour and 15 to enjoy. I knew what I wanted and didn't need a menu. I ordered Spicy Charred Edamame , Hot Sake and the Crunchy Cabbage. Ten minutes later the Edamame came out and it was dry and flavorless. I asked for more "seasoning" on the side and literally nothing, didn't finish it. Twenty minutes later as the server kept passing me by and literally asking the couple next to me if they needed anything I called out to her a few times and she acted like she couldn't hear me . I orderd another sake and asked for my ticket because I wanted to be prepared to leave when my food arrived and when she showed me the total I said, "Ok what the hell?!" You never put in my food order and I can tell by the look on her face she KNOWS she didn't put it in said oh umm do you still want it or maybe to go? Sweetie I have to go now so yeah I still want what I ordered like 30 minutes ago. Literally won't ever come back to this location. On top of that everytime something I asked for came she put it on the edge of the bar. Like ma'am am I Stretch Armstrong ??Thankfully Fort Worth location is so good I will probably still go but I will no longer recommend people because Yikes!
