It is currently 9:35 PM and the server came to the table to inform us that the chef was so upset that we ordered late and they would not be fulfilling our order,although they’re open till 10 PM. Apparently, he wanted to close down the kitchen early and refused to make our order. Now over an hour later, the shift manager came over to inform us that our food was not made, but then agreed to make the order. We’ve already been here for over an hour waiting. I feel that this is very unprofessional and we should’ve been notified upon entrance that the Chef would not make our order. The server Marie was phenomenal and very professional but chef and the management, unfortunately I cannot say the same!

The sushi was fresh and flavorful, and every dish looked like a work of art. The drinks were perfectly balanced and paired beautifully with the food, making the whole meal unforgettable. You can really tell this place takes pride in both the food and the service. A special shoutout to Erik, Jacob, and Allisia for making the night so memorable. Erik, the manager, went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. Jacob was managing as well and still found time to jump behind the bar, mixing drinks and helping the team with ease. And Allisia was an absolute star—attentive, friendly, and full of great recommendations. Their teamwork and genuine hospitality made the whole experience feel effortless. I’ll definitely be coming back soon and recommending Blue Sushi Sake Grill to everyone I know!
