    never give the discounts company give on every 31st of month across the world. And argue it’s customer responsibility to bring it to their attention about the discount on 31st of every month.there were more than 6 behind counter and none greeted us.ice creams were dry and freezer burned.

    I wanted to select NO STAR but it didn't allow me. 10/24/25 Around 4pm- I ordered a large capuchino oreo blast and ask for no oreo cookies but extra cinnamon inside and extra ice But the guy put oreos inside the blender and I told him I didn't want oreos. That if he could do it again because I have diabetes. I think he got mad because he said he could not put more cinnamon inside. I asked why not? He said he could not do that. I told him I had not added the oreo cookies but just extra cinnamon but he said no he could not add it inside the blender. I was upset because since I have diabetes I always ask for more cinnamon it helps me with my sugar. In all the other Baskin Robbin stores that I go I don't have any problems they add it with no issues. That was not good customer service. I wasn't asking for something difficult to do. I waited to go home and add more cinnamon. He also didn't fill it to the rim and added very little cream . I felt ripped off because was $7 and change. I was Very very un happy customer. I came out angry with a sad face. My sister told me what happen your always happy when you get your cappuccino. Well not today. The guy was grumpy, no smile, and rude. I was paying for something that I did not get the way I wanted it. That's BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

    Good portions, expensive tho. Would come back. Mya took care of my family and I, mom loved the coconut with walnuts and i enjoyed my banana split.

    Ordered my brother’s birthday cake for pick up May 1st three days ahead and we paid for the extra decoration as well as the cake. When we arrived on the day of for pickup, none of the workers knew where the cake was or where the order’s receipt was. They spent over 10 minutes looking for cake then they had to call management to inquire about the order. They told us they had no record of our PAID order that we placed IN- PERSON three days prior. Later, it turns out that one of the workers there had taken our order (Jessica) and she had put down May 16th instead of May 1st. We were already running behind the scheduled time for my brother’s birthday party with guests and there was no cake they could offer in replacement. We spent another 15-20 minutes there while the worker was on the phone with management trying to get our refund because we refused to get another cake in the shop. The cakes on display were smaller than our order (would not have fed the guests). Also, upon reviewing the order receipt, the person who took our order put down the wrong flavor. Cashew instead of plain vanilla, which in the end would have been unsuccessful because my brother is allergic to nuts… The workers when taking orders need to review EACH detail with the customers before finalization and when we call in before arriving for pick up, let us know if you have or do not have the cake!! We had to go through last minute changes without a birthday cake and they could not even offer a replacement or refund on the spot (took a couple of days to get into our account because management needed to approve). Baskin Robins is our family tradition for birthdays, but we will not be coming to this location again.
