    The young man at the window took 15 minutes to come say hello and take my money. He was very rude. His manager heard him and shook his head but I’m sure she wasn’t reprimanded or corrected. There’s no Arby’s near me so I drove quite some time to get there. I’ll drive to one further to avoid this location. I was the only one in drive and nobody was in the lobby. It took 30min for 1 classic roast beef. Unacceptable!
