    This place is supposed to closed at 10pm. I have come several times 12-15 minutes before and they have already closed up. Also mess up orders often.

    Horsey sauce and ketchup dispensers are filthy and rusting. Floor sticks to your shoes. Restroom is not maintained. Soap, paper towels overall cleanliness. Hand sanitizers empty

    Ordered on the app, drove to the store to find the doors locked at quarter to 5pm. Had to wait in the drive thru for my dry, overcooked burger served by a rude crew member and eat in the parking lot staring at homeless tent city. Not sure the food is even safe to eat with these clowns running the show. Worst Arby’s experience I’ve ever had. Never coming back here.
