My experience was fine, I just don't appreciate staff not helping disabled customers. My older sister struggled with one of the carts that kept getting stuck and didn't work well. She has to use one since she has weak legs and can't walk that well, we noticed a male staff member standing there before he left as if looking annoyed and not bother to even help us with the flimsy cart. Albertsons, does that really look like appropriate customer service to you? Train your staff to be more respectful to those with disabilities, or just hire genuine people who value their job their and making the customers feel helped and welcomed.

This alberstons has gone down Hill. Lived in area long time. It used to have Great management and staff. Helpful. All people who work there need a personality. Not be on phones or ear buds working. Ask for help where they moved product. Answer maybe down there or that way.. Always moving products around. Weeks of out of products Complaints to management. Nothing gets done. Called corporate district manager Cathy Feilds no call back. Her Boss Erin Dill nor Mr. Purtel. Maybe I start pation in Casa Linda and surrounding area shut it down Get a grocery store who listens and better staff. Like it was friendly. Helpful. Socked. Not expired products or about to be. The folks that work in this store are absolutely the best that I’ve encountered when shopping. Every time that I go there every single one there has been courteous and helpful. Love this store and the prices but it is the people that work there that keep me coming back.
