My older sister struggled with one of the carts that kept getting stuck and didn't work well. She has to use one since she has weak legs and can't walk that well, we noticed a male staff member standing there before he left as if looking annoyed and not bother to even help us with the flimsy cart. Albertsons, does that really look like appropriate customer service to you? Train your staff to be more respectful to those with disabilities, or just hire genuine people who value their job their and making the customers feel helped and welcomed.
