Three times I have used home delivery, and only once were my instructions followed: to place the bags on top of a decorative trunk on my porch because I am partially disabled and cannot pick them up from the floor of the porch. Twice there were left on the very edge of my porch, nearly falling off. The one time it was done right was when a nice, young lady delivered the bags. I did not see who delivered them wrongly.

Their curbside pick up is atrocious! I've had so many bad experiences over the past 6 months of them forgetting to give me entire bags of my order, to sitting in my car for over 20mins and finally having to go in to get my curbside groceries. Today Chicken Stock was not in stock and they wanted to substitute Spicy Beef Broth! I havent even picked my order up yet and know it will be wrong and I will have to go in. What is the point of curbside if the employee doing the shopping can't make a simple, similar substitution and you spend more time trying to get some remotely similar via the chat feature than if you dragged kids into the store and did shopping yourself?

If you don't feel like cooking because you had a hard day at work, purchase their fried chicken. Your family will love it.

2/13/26 Worst experience! I’m still baffled at how incompetent and dismissive this one employee was from start to finish. I bought 3 cereals that were on sale for $1.49 each. They did not ring up that price so I went to go get my refund with an older woman with glasses named Mireya. From the beginning she had an attitude and didn’t even try to understand that it was THIER sale and not a coupon that required to be downloaded. After I showed her proof with a picture she told me that it wasn’t the cereal on the pic that was on sale. After arguing that I had the wrong cereal she finally went to check for herself. Once she came back she told me she would only refund back $5.30 (that’s her hand writing on the receipt). I asked why if the difference was $7 something. She said I didn't understand like I didn’t clearly see her math was incorrect. Why she couldn’t pull out a calculator and instead did the math manually is beyond me. When doing her weird math she clearly circled the pancake mix I also purchased instead of the other cereal amount. I pointed it out and she said no I was wrong and again that I didn’t understand. I have no idea why she was on such a power trip at this point. She even said she was gonna keep the receipt?? I said no I wanted it back. After all that I said fine just refund me the cereals and charge me again with the sales price. She said she couldn’t do that multiple times. She was clearly lying so I finally asked for someone else to help me and after acting like she called someone else she FINALLY refunded me for the cereals and then charged me for 3 cereals at $1.49each. WHAT!!! I thought she couldn’t do that??? Never experienced an employee at Albertsons customer service be so dismissive/rude and all over freaking cereal!

This place has gotten so run down. I don't even like shopping there. Only reason I go there is because it's close to my home. I certainly wish they would build a better and bigger grocery store near my home. I would shop there. The majority of the people that work there appear to unhappy with their job. Their borderline rude most of the time. Hardly ever are any of the registers open? You're forced to wait in line
