  Unless diarrhea and unsanitary food conditions are your jam - PLEASE do not go here. There was literally a dude in sandals and a really dirty shirt making the cones - WITHOUT GLOVES. THE CASHIER doesn’t wear gloves when she touched our cones and the guy grabbing the chocolate had one gloves hand and one gloved hand. The gloved hand held the bag while he was sniffling and touching our chocolate with his ungloved hand

  HORRIBLE service. We did not go on a busy day, yet the employees clearly could not handle even a small crowd. Service was slow, disorganized, and the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to sample a flavor, and the employee struggled to even scoop the ice cream onto the spoon. Instead of handling it professionally, she said “bruh” and looked at me as if it were my fault. Completely inappropriate. Then my mom asked to sample another flavor after having only one sample. The employee rudely snapped that they “only give out two samples,” even though my mom had only had one. The attitude was unnecessary and disrespectful. The portion sizes are also absurd. We ordered one mini in a cone and one small in a cup. The small, which cost more and is supposed to be bigger, somehow had LESS ice cream than the mini. On top of that, the prices are ridiculous — over $5 for the smallest size. We also paid extra for hot fudge as a topping, and they couldn’t even put it on the ice cream. Instead, they handed it to us on the side because they “couldn’t do it.” Unbelievable. They claim their goal is to spread happiness and smiles, but not a single staff member showed a positive attitude or even cracked a smile. This place almost ruined what was supposed to be a fun day at the mall. If I could give zero stars, I would. Skip this Häagen-Dazs at the Galleria Mall in Dallas. You’ll almost certainly have a better experience at literally any other ice cream spot in the mall.

  Worst experience ever. There is this lady who took my order and I ordered capuccino and she gave me black coffee. I went to add some sugar and realized she gave me black coffee. I asked her if it was my order for sure and she sounded so rude saying that, I made the coffee and I don’t have to look at it, I know what I was doing, I dint even say anything, all I asked her was this is not what I ordered, she was kept educating me how a cappuccino looks like, but there was this other lady, that took cup from me and replaced it. None of them were friendly not apologized. It’s just a machine coffee and I don’t know how hard it was to do their job. They kept saying it’s ok, it’s ok, when I said it’s not ok because this is not my order. Everyone looked so young, yet they are not friendly nor greetings. Very sad and upsetting that how the hire process is
