- TMTiffany Marts5 days ago1.0Just tried to go to this Dutch Bros. Pulled up and we were hustling following the cars in the line. The girl that came out to help us was extremely rude and said the car on the left should go in front of us. The car wasn’t pulled up so how would we know. Then she asked us if the red car in front of us had ordered yet, um how would I know that. Didn’t say hi or hello just scolded us from going in front of the other car. Usually Dutch Bros the people are super kind and friendly. The sign even said radiating kindness, sorry you were not kind at all. We left so can’t say how the drinks are, but is it that hard to be a little nice to those coming to get coffee.

- MGMaria GarzaMar 23, 20261.0This is the worse Dutch Bros I’ve ever been too, the customer service is terrible I have an adult disabled daughter and they always treat her so disrespectful. This morning Daniela took our order and was very rude and then when I asked for a manager the manager ( Boba ) was also rude and not understanding what my disabled daughter was asking no consideration whatsoever. The order was all wrong refuse to give a receipt nor scan for points when my daughter was handling them her phone. It’s unfortunate because this is close to our home and we always get treated awful. I feel like they always discriminate against her for being disabled and though she’s an adult I not going to lie I was a Karen this morning. I will always stand up for my daughter especially when someone being rude knowing she’s disable. This is not the 1st time it’s always this way!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
