  I wanted to order a medium iced black tea with oat milk and three pumps of French vanilla. I was interrupted by the lady telling me that the tea comes with nothing else in it. Yes dear I know that and I was about to ask to add something to it but you interrupted me. But once we got past the grueling task of ordering 2 items, I was handed the wrong drink despite being the only person in there!! Employees take note: do not interrupt your customers, and pay attention to what you are doing.

  Dunkin Donuts is a franchise business. Some are better than others. This particular store on Harry Hines in the Medical District is one of the poorer ones. I got a breakfast special, that included an egg & cheese muffin, tots, and coffee. All was horrible.

  I had a terrible experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. The service was unbelievably slow, even though my coffee was already made and just sitting there waiting to be handed out. When I politely asked if I could get my drink, Aretha, the employee assisting me, responded with a very rude and unprofessional attitude. There was no reason for that kind of behavior, especially over a simple request. Customers should not be treated this way. The lack of professionalism and respect was extremely disappointing. I will be contacting corporate to report this experience. Definitely not the kind of service I expect, and I won’t be returning anytime soon.

  I used to love coming to this location because they would make your drink with care and actually how you ordered it. That started going down hill so I took a long break from coming until today… the atmosphere when you come is so hostile like the associates hate working there or when customer’s come in to order. They don’t smile, they bend their faces up like having to make your drink is inconveniencing them. I ordered a small caramel frozen coffee with extra caramel inside of the cup, I requested lighter ice because the last few time the same lady just blends it for 3 seconds so there’s always ice chunks all in it. She young lady that took my order was nice and kind, she told the other associate what I had ordered and paid for. The same lady went on to not put lesser ice and blended it for 3 seconds and just put the caramel on top and put it in top of the counter for me to pick up. You can see the ice all throughout it which by the way hurts my teeth hence why I ask for it to not be like this. The frozen coffee is supposed to be their take on a frappe essentially. This same lady never makes the drinks with care or how you order and request them within reason. I don’t like strife make food/drinks I’m paying to consume. I honestly don’t recommend this location to anyone it will make you feel like you are inconveniencing the workers, it makes you feel like you don’t deserve a simple pick me up to get your day going, the atmosphere makes you upset after you leave.
