I would give zero stars but it won't let you. Went this morning for my order i made on the app to find out they have no donuts at 830 am. Got told the oven is broke and all the donuts are frozen. I was then told I can give you the 3 doughnuts we have right now. will never be back.

We're visiting from out of town, so we stopped by this Dunkin on our way around. We're used to ordering ahead at home, so we did so. Of course, sometimes they don't have everything for the order, and they're usually very good about offering alternatives or a refund to the app. For some reason, this location seems to be unable to process refunds at all. The nice shift lead even called the general manager for the area, and she was also unable to do help us. I am baffled as to why they have mobile ordering available if they cannot offer refunds for out-of-stock products. I would not recommend ordering ahead at this location, but we probably wouldn't have had any problems ordering at the window.

We waited at the drive-through speaker for quite a while with no response before finally pulling up to the window just to get someone’s attention. When we got there, a woman who later turned out to be the manager looked/stared at us for a bit before a young man finally opened the window and took our order after we explained that no one had responded through the intercom. Shortly after, the front counter employee came over and told us we had to go back around because they don’t take orders at the window. I understand policies and actually respect employees who follow them. However, it felt like the manager was referencing the part of the policy that was convenient for her while ignoring the parts that focus on basic guest service. Instead of looping back through the drive-through, we decided to go inside. When we walked up to the register, the cashier was using her mobile phone and told us to hold on because she was counting her tips. Standing there while an employee finished a personal task and used her phone before helping a waiting guest was not a great look. The explanation we were given was that they were having issues with the drive-through speaker. But sending customers to the back of the line doesn’t fix a broken speaker. If the speaker truly wasn’t working, the reasonable response would have been to simply take the order at the window rather than send customers away. Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins train their teams around the “6 Steps of Service,” where the very first step is to greet the guest immediately with a warm and friendly attitude. Unfortunately, that standard wasn’t followed at any point during this visit—from the unanswered drive-through, to waiting at the counter while the cashier finished counting tips and using her phone. Up until this visit, I’ve had consistently good experiences at other Dunkin locations around the metroplex. Because of that, I initially assumed the drive-through issue was just bad timing or a shift change. Once inside, it became clear it wasn’t just a momentary hiccup. I was honestly ready to leave because the entire experience had been such a turn-off. Instead, I decided to let the manager know how disappointing it was. She came out, gave the standard explanation about policy, and asked if there was something she could help with, but the way she looked me up and down made the interaction feel dismissive (while verbally apologizing) rather than welcoming. Between the unanswered drive-through, being told to go back around, waiting while the cashier used her phone and counted tips, and the overall lack of basic guest service standards, this was easily the worst experience I’ve had at a Dunkin. One bad store may not represent the entire brand, but experiences like this absolutely damage the brand in the eyes of customers.

Seems like it's always an inconvenience for the employees to take care of their customers. Everybody walks around with a frown on their face. Ordered a $6 combo, let them know I wanted regular coffee. Was even asked if I wanted cream and sugar. I get to the window and it looks like the manager. Is trying to give me an ice cold coffee. Get smad when I ask for a regular coffee. For as much as dunkin' donuts charges, they should have better customer service. I know they get a paycheck, but they act like they're working for free. Then, we wanna know why our childhood businesses go out of business. I grew up with dunkin' donuts, but boy, do they give bad service now. I pray that YAHWEH we'll help them give better customer service and put a smile on those faces.

I was there yesterday, no one greeted me after standing there for over 3 minutes, I was the only customer inside , then when someone finally did help me I asked what were the ingredients in the drink I was going to purchase, he was clueless and looked at me like I was stupid, so after I decided what to get as I’m waiting a dam roach was crawling all over the counter . The store was filthy and the workers all had attitudes, so I asked for a refund.. this is the WORST LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO!!! STARBUCKS FOR THE WIN… I left there and went not even a mile down the road to Starbucks where everything was GREAT!!
