  Did not receive my order- it was cancelled after an hour and a half with no explanation. That is unnaceptable.

  Today I ordered a pizza for delivery from this location by mistake. I usually order from the one on 15th Street. I had ordered a pan specialty pizza. When I received it and took a bite the dough was raw! It wasn't just one piece, but all of the pizza dough. The pizza was tasteless no flavor, but the sauce did taste sour or rancid. I called the store and first I spoke to someone that was friendly, but unfortunately he couldn't help me. He transferred me to the woman who was a manager. I told her what was wrong with pizza, she quickly did a cold transfer to someone else, without explaining to her employee the problem. He said his name was Barcilio Hernandez. I had to tell my story a third time! Both managers could've cared less! Barcilio kept repeating that the pizza was made correctly because it was inspected by whomever was in the store. I told him I could show him by taking the pizza back to the store. When I walked in the woman was there and Barcilio. They didn't even acknowledge I had walked in their store. The guy who was running the cash register, smiled and asked if he could help me. I told I wanted to speak to Barcilio. He told him and then he finally spoke to me. I showed him the pizza dough and told him it was raw. All he repeated again was that the pizza was inspected by the people who were at the store. His attitude was so indifferent with no concern or apology for the poor quality of the food. He didn't even offer to give a refund. I told him they could keep the pizza because I wasn't going to eat the rest of it. In this day and age of high cost of living and food prices, I would think people would give better customer service. The worst part is that I paid $30 for a lousy pizza that I could not enjoy or eat.

  My wings were awful. I tasted nothing but garlic. I asked for barbecue wings not garlic wings. You take barbecue and place it around like you decorating a cake. . I paid $22 for a middle pizza robbery. I will never spend my money there again.

  I ordered woth 40 minutes before the store closed and they canceled my order absolutely unacceptable why have store hours if youre not going to follow them absolutely the worst dominos experience I've ever had I've ordered with 20 minutes before close and other dominos have honored their store hours

  I went there to pick up 14” pepperoni pizza. When I got home I realized that they had given me someone else’s pizza. I called and they said bring the pizza back and we will refund you and give the correct order. So I did that and when I got there I asked about my refund and they told me they were too busy and would do it later. If they are too incompetent to hand out the right pizza what are the chances I will refund. This place doesn’t deserve to be in business.
