  One of the few Dairy Queens left in north Texas. We get my birthday 🎂 here every year. They make them fresh and have wonderful staff.

  Went to this location twice in the same week first the ice cream machine was down which I understand that happens but still. Then I went today for ice cream and I was probably gonna get some chicken tenders or something, instead they said they were out of ice cream. I understand that it was free cone day but yall know its happening. Plan accordingly that's literally the least you can do. This place is always a mess. Its like playing Russian Roulette with your order you never know what you're gonna get.

  Went for free cone day at the eastridge rd location across from QT, which me and my daughters go every year for some reason this year they were telling every customer they have to come inside the store to get them for free if you go thru the drive thru they cannot give them to you, which is so weird I think they should consider the fact that some people with disability’s or should I say children with disability it isn’t so easy to go inside in wait in a 10 people plus line, I ended up having to pay $5 for something in order to get my daughter the free cones because my daughter has autism and it’s very difficult waiting in a line with her and a newborn by myself I go every year and we are able to just go thru the drive thru I think they have new staff and they are not friendly at All they didn’t give me my receipt having 2 people give me my order and they cone were so small they barely put any ice cream at all it seems like they weren’t happy with cone day they all looked stressed out

  I’m giving one star because after inquiring through the drive thru tonight at around 8:30pm if the location was still serving blizzards(bc I’ve been to this exact location and been told they aren’t serving blizzards) the sassy young man at the window proceeded to ask “isn’t blizzards on our menu”? I’m not sure what was up his butt tonight but after that response for a simple question I would NOT advise anyone to spend your money at this location.
