I ordered online and they “forgot” to add guacamole so I had to come back then as I’m eating unnoticed there’s barely any chicken. They think they can get away with rationing your portions and the customer won’t notice. Ridiculous.

This evening I received possibly the smallest portion of food I’ve ever received from a chain restaurant. Even the rice was skimped on. I never complain about potentially small portions but unfortunately these locations are incentivized by skimping customers and this is the most egregious offender I’ve ever visited.

Nothing’s more annoying than driving away and realizing you’re stuck eating with your hands or wiping your mouth with your sleeves. The manager clearly works hard and is especially on top of things when you’re dining in, whether you need drinks, napkins, or anything else. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again.
