  I've been dissatisfied with this location on more than one location but this last visit was bad. They close at 11. We got there around 9:45/9:50. Tell me how they are out of sofritas and almost out of fajita veggies? I'm a vegetarian and those are the only protein/main items I can really rely on to put in a burrito. Not only was the food selection limited, we couldn't dine in and they removed their tractor beverage co drinks (lemonades and frescas). So I make do, get a veggie burrito and my partner gets a chicken burrito. Not only did they mislabel our burritos and I got a mouthful of chicken, but when I got mine and was eating it I found a chunk of steak in it! How does steak end up in a vegetarian's veggie burrito?? This tells me the there is cross contamination happening at this restaurant and the workers don't care enough to take measure to prevent it. This location needs to step up their game and not limit options almost an hour and a half before closing.

  When asked about the cilantro lime sauce they said they didn’t have any ready. And then had me wait 20 mins just for them to tell me they still didn’t have it. Attitude was bad and I felt very rushed.

  Rude staff I’m just basically standing there and nobody said anything. I’m right at the cashier and they basically just ignored me for 5 to 10 mins. Then I asked girl is yall gon help me or just continue to look pass me. She gon say my order not ready and how would you know that if you never asked me definitely my last time here

  I ALWAYS go to this location and it’s usually pretty decent. But after tonight, I will no longer be visiting this location. 1. I asked the lady with red hair if she had put beans on one of my bowls to which she replied “you saw me do it” .. hmm ok. Upon arriving home guess what my bowl was missing? .. right. THEN the second bowl had HAIR in it. I immediately brought it back up to the store, I was greeted with a side eye and after asking to speak to the manager .. the manger laughed in my face?? I brought up the fact she didn’t have the decency to offer an apology .. she laughed again. I then got into a verbal argument with the red head girl. I love chipotle but this location needs new employees and management smh. And to the red head girl .. DO YOU NEED THAT?

  Came here due to my experience at the McKinney st location! Customer service is better and the food looks fresh and not sticky! They had already ran out of some of the food, which was fine with me because the majority of my bowls were veggie bowls, but they brought out fresh rice. They accommodated me without any pushback as she seemed like she was happy to help me after I explained to her what happened at the other store I will definitely be back just based on the customer service even though they didn’t have all the ingredients that I wanted. I just wanted to bring chipotle home to my kids so they could have dinner tonight.
