Once it was replaced, I everything had burnt bits in it cause the meat was cooked on a grill they don’t clean properly or often enough. There’s always a problem here. One night the place was smoked completely out cause they burned the meat !!!! Doors were propped open the smoke was so bad!! Choose another location.

The employee working at the register (I’m not sure if he was the cashier or another staff member) was very rude. I showed my (fake) tattoo for the current promotion, but he told me it didn’t apply. What’s confusing is that the promotion clearly states that fake tattoos are allowed, yet he insisted it didn’t count and spoke to me in a very unfriendly way. Even if the promotion didn’t apply, that would have been completely fine. The issue was the way he treated me. Good customer service makes a big difference, and his attitude was really unpleasant. I’m not arguing over a couple of dollars. If he had explained it kindly, I wouldn’t have minded at all. I’m honestly disappointed because I really love Chipotle, and I was excited to participate in the promotion. I just wish the interaction had been handled with better customer service. ☹️💔
