  So, I go here all the time and today I had one of those experiences I must share. I approach the counter to the person greeting me that I’d like a bowl to go. She grabs the bowl.. I noticed there’s no rice either type white or brown. I ask will they be refilling the rice soon? She responds with a wild reply soemthing so rude I’ve not heard in a long time she responds with “like I said we are out of rice. It will be 30 minutes for white rice and 45 minutes for brown rice, so what do you want to do?” First off, you never told me anything you might’ve told the other patrons but you’ve never told me anything ..I get that you could be out of rice however you are chipotle and the entire base of a bowl is rice ! There is no other base to have. They then charge you full rate no discount and they decide to load the bowl essentially upside down and as pictured, you can see what that does especially with no rice to soak anything up. Thanks corporate, yes I have a unique feedback code 😂 oh and when I get back to the office, there are 12 guys in office who all responded that they don’t go to this location anymore they all go to one that’s a further drive because of this same attitude issue…Seems like this could be a MANAGER issue ??

  This location is disappointing if you’re expecting normal portion sizes. My bowl had two scoops of rice, barely any beans, a tiny amount of meat, a little salsa, and just a sprinkle of cheese. For $15 with a regular drink, the value just isn’t there. Definitely not what you’d expect from Chipotle.

  I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location on Beltline. The overall cleanliness was concerning—food debris was visible in the prep area, and the station where rice was being handled looked messy and unmaintained. It gave the impression that basic sanitation standards were not being prioritized. Customer service also fell short. The employee assisting me appeared disengaged and unwilling to accommodate a simple request for additional lettuce, offering only a minimal amount instead. When I raised concerns about the cleanliness to the manager on duty, she acknowledged it but did not take any immediate action or show urgency. This visit did not meet expectations in either service or environment, and unfortunately, it will be my last time at this location. (Just left location)

  I’ve been to this Chipotle plenty of times and have never been charged for a side of sour cream with my bowl. Tonight the employee looked at me dead in my face and lied and said I had to pay for it, which was confusing since that’s never been the case before. She was also really stingy with the rice portions, which just made the whole interaction feel unnecessary and unwelcoming. It wasn’t about the sour cream — the customer service and atmosphere just felt off. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

  Black lady with a bob. Terrible customer service!!! She answered her personal phone while I was telling her my order. Then she literally gives me a table spoon of rice on my taco. I wanted to try the new chicken Al pastor . I requested that on 1 taco. And she put it in all 3.. at this point we walked out. You missed out on $30-$40.. and threw out a bowl and tacos.
