When we walked in, the restaurant was empty and no one greeted us. The employee at the front didn’t even look up or acknowledge that we were there. Instead, she continued working on an online order while we stood there in silence waiting. After she finally finished, she asked what we wanted under her breath without making eye contact. Both employees working the front looked upset and were speaking so quietly that we could barely hear what they were saying to us. The interaction felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. By the time we were being helped, a line had already formed behind us even though the restaurant had been empty when we arrived. I understand that everyone has bad days, but customer service at this location was far below what I’ve normally experienced here.
