  I went into this restaurant today with my 1 year old daughter and a homeless man came in yelling and swearing at workers and guests. None of the staff stepped up to protect the restaurant guests or staff and escort the man out. It was unfortunately a very scary visit for me and my daughter and I will not return to this location.

  I love chipotle soo much and this restaurant has to be the worst when it comes to customer service. The moment you walk in, they just rush into asking what you want even tho it's not busy, they don't listen to what you say. I ordered a bowl and asked her for chicken and beans on side, she didn't give me the beans, the amount of chicken that was given was hardly 5 pieces. I asked for another bowl of a different chicken and they told it's out of stock and will take 15 minutes, I waited around and came back, I even asked in between the wait time to confirm if it's still gonna take 15 and they said yes. I go back and they said it's still gonna take another 15-20 min, I waited around for 20 min for nothing due to unclear communication from the staff. Literally the worst service, but love the food.

  I ordered a chicken rice for my son, but the waiter only gave me a little rice and five small pieces of chicken. We often eat at other restaurants, but this restaurant is the one that gives the least. It's so disappointing.

  I get it. I'm at the Northpark mall in Dallas, so I'm not anticipating anything great. When I approached to order the lady just looked at me. No hello or what can I get for you. The only thing I got after a moment of pause was just her widening her eyes and shaking her head wanting me to just tell her what I wanted. I indicated a bowl with brown rice and steak. She started the bowl and then said we don't have steak tonight. It would have been nice to know that before starting, but I went ahead and chose the chicken. I asked for queso next, but again no queso either. I ended up with 3 elements in my bowl and only half full. I go to check out and this lady has already closed my transaction without asking if I wanted a drink. I gave up, just paid and went to another location for my drink. Absolutely zero leadership here, and a motley crew bent on making people miserable for even showing up.
