- ARAmber M. RansomMar 18, 20261.0Came here and should have avoided it because of the ratings but I wanted chipotle. First why does the rice looked dried out? Second I was told by the server that CHIPOTLE had no more WHITE RICE, ok cool I make it half way down the line when I hear, “15 minutes on white rice!” 👀 I told the server verbatim what he told me that CHIPOTLE only had brown rice. He said ok ma’am I didn’t know they was making more rice 👀 HOW DO YOU WORK HERE AND NOT KNOW THEY ARE MAKING MORE RICE INSTEAD OF ASKING IF YALL HAD ANY YOU SAID YALL HAD NO WHITE RICE. Immediately upset me because now I have to wait for rice and this could’ve been avoided had he said something. His attitude while making my bowl was loud without words… I had 5 bowls with brown rice that all had to be thrown away (he wasted food and this could’ve been avoided had he told me there was a wait instead of no white rice!)as I’m waiting in the line they start serving other people before me! And when I bring it to her attention she says we have to serve the other customers before me.

I asked could I get fresher options and was given the nastiest attitude. I am very upset because it’s raining and I was expecting to eat a good meal. The workers need a better attitude and fresher ingredients!
