  It took 12 minutes to be served and there was only 2 people in front of me. One bloke was running around flat out trying to serve us and uber eats whilst two people fussed behind him banging pots and pans... one of them should have helped. It seems you prioritise uber/pick ups over customers standing in front of you with money in their hands. Also the restaurant was dirty tables were grubby and the self serve soda station needs a deep clean.

  I am writing to report a very poor experience at one of your locations and to request that this be addressed. When my husband and I visited, the food quality was far below what I expect from Chipotle. There was very little meat available barely enough for proper portions and what was being served was cold. The rice appeared to have been sitting out for an extended period, and the cheese had developed a dry film on top, indicating it had not been properly maintained. The drink station was also neglected, with both the Powerade and lemonade running low. These are basic items that should be consistently monitored and stocked. More concerning was the lack of professionalism from the staff. Only one employee Emily was actively serving customers, while two others were sitting down one eating and another on their phone. During our visit, I overheard employees arguing about not working, including one stating they were just waiting for the next shift to arrive. There was also inappropriate language used in front of customers, which is unacceptable in a customer-facing environment. Overall, this experience reflected poorly on store management, food safety standards, and customer service. It felt like the location was being run without any oversight. I am asking that this situation be reviewed and addressed, and I would appreciate a response regarding how this will be handled. Based on this experience, I would also request appropriate compensation for the poor service and quality we received.

  Ramiro’s service today was awesome! He is a great worker with awesome customer service. Restaurant was clean, and good portions were served.
